Our location has been set as Hythe.

Navigate to Hythe & Saltwood Sailing Club and park on the road behind it (free parking). We’ll meet on the beach in front (and slightly to the left) of the sailing club.

This swim is tidal and so it is essential to listen to the briefing for the additional safety measures in place.

In terms of local facilities, it’s a town that had stood still. On the approaches there are supermarkets, close by (walking distance) there are pubs, cafes & an excellent fish & chip shop. It is, though, a basic and relatively quiet town.
