Introduction
The journal starts with six steps:
Detail your big dream(s)
Write down any struggles, fears and limiting beliefs
Focus on what you want and how you want to be
Assess a variety of factors including mindset, mood, sleep quality, technique
Identify how well you are connected
Define your goal
Daily pages
Each day has two pages:
Morning plan and evening reflections
Training log
Weekly pages
Two pages to reflect on how the week has been, to total up what you’ve done and plan ahead.
Final section
At the end of the journal you’ll return to the six steps and reflect on the month as a whole, ready to start again the next month.
